REFUND POLICY
We mindfully produce our supplements with the intention of complementing your health and wellness journey and it’s very important to us that you benefit from them. We mean business on this one.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tribe Organics’ product(s) on your FIRST TIME PURCHASE, send us an email at info@tribe-organics.com within 30 days after receiving your item and we will refund you in full.*
*This policy only applies for the first time you purchase each product and does not apply if you buy more than one or a multipack (3-pack or 6-pack).
You acknowledge and agree that Tribe Organics (TRIBE, INC.) has no obligation to provide a refund and may grant or deny any refunds on a case by case basis and have the sole discretion in granting or denying any refunds.

RETURN POLICY*
At Tribe Organics, we prioritize quality and safety in every product we offer. To maintain our commitment to delivering only the best to our customers, we currently do not accept returns. Once a product leaves our facilities, we cannot restock it, ensuring that each item you receive is brand-new and handled with care. However, we are happy to offer store credit for the cost of the product, excluding shipping fees, if your order meets specific conditions.*
*Purchases are final and non-returnable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details. A customer service representative will contact you within the 48-72 hours of receiving your request. Damaged item(s) must be reported to Tribe Organics’ customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment, or they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us at info@tribe-organics.com to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund. If your return is due to an error on our part, Tribe Organics will cover the shipping costs.
